1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
By accessing SPEAKR, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. The materials contained in SPEAKR are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access this course.
2. Definitions
  • "Course" or "Academy": Refers to the online speaking and communication content and materials offered by SPEAKR.
  • "User", "Learner", "You": Refers to the individual enrolled in the course.
3. Course Access, Content & Use License
  • Upon subscription, you will gain access to the first module of the course. Subsequent modules are released monthly.
  • Upon completion of the initial 12-month course, users retaining their subscription will continue to have full access to all course materials.
  • Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title. You may not modify, copy, use for commercial/public display, attempt to decompile or reverse engineer, remove proprietary notations, transfer, or 'mirror' any materials. Violation of these terms results in automatic termination of this license.
4. Payment Terms
  • Subscription options: monthly and annual.
  • Subscription fees are due based on your chosen payment frequency.
  • Ensure sufficient funds for payment deduction.
5. Cancellations, Refunds & License Termination
  • Cancel before the next payment cycle to avoid charges.
  • Access to the SPEAKR dashboard and materials will be revoked upon cancellation.
  • A 14-day money-back guarantee is available from the date of subscription. Email admin@speakracademy.com to request this refund. 
  • Refund requests will be actioned within 24 hours. 
  • License termination mandates the destruction of any downloaded materials in your possession.
6. Intellectual Property & Disclaimer
All content is the intellectual property of SPEAKR and is protected by Australian and international laws. The materials on SPEAKR are provided 'as is', with no warranties, expressed or implied. SPEAKR disclaims and negates all other warranties and does not warrant accuracy, completeness, or the current state of materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
SPEAKR shall not be liable for damages (loss of data, profit, business interruption, etc.) from using or inability to use the materials, even if informed of potential damage.
8. Revisions, Errata & Links
Materials may have technical, typographical, or photographic errors. SPEAKR may update materials without notice but is not committed to such updates. SPEAKR hasn't reviewed all linked sites and isn't responsible for linked site contents. The inclusion of links doesn't imply endorsement.
9. Modifications to Terms
SPEAKR may revise these terms at any time. By using SPEAKR, you agree to the current version of these Terms of Use.
10. Governing Law
Any claim relating to SPEAKR shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
